Our Services and Process The services we provide include: injection, IV infusion, urine catheterization, Ryle’s tube administration, wound dressing, bed bath, bed bath with massage, physiotherapy, and dead body care. These services are delivered by our skilled and experienced healthcare team.

You can register for our services through our website or web app. A small registration fee will be applicable. If you cancel the request within 30 minutes of registration and no longer require the service, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded within 24 hours.

If you require our service, the healthcare professional responsible for your area will contact you. All services except injection and IV fluid administration will be provided based on an appointment. Our professionals will call and schedule a convenient appointment with you. For injection and IV fluid services, our professionals will arrive at the time prescribed by your doctor.

Using the tracker available in our web app, you will be able to track the professionals assigned to your area. Once they arrive, they will first collect the patient’s personal and medical details. The procedure will begin only after this process is completed.

Patients must show their medical records to our professionals. If necessary, arrangements should be made for them to speak with the consulting doctor. Our professionals will also check the patient’s vital signs before proceeding.

At the time of the service, at least one bystander or family member should be present with the patient. Patients who have been bedridden for a long time may feel pain even with gentle touch, so attendants should be aware and supportive. Please ensure that our professionals are able to carry out their work without any difficulty.

For every procedure, our professionals will bring the required kit with them. They will show you the items being used from the kit, and the cost of those items will be added separately to the bill. If the required service is an injection, the medication should be purchased by you in advance, as certain prescribed injections may only be available near the respective hospital.

If you experience any issue or discomfort caused by our professionals in terms of behavior or service, please contact us immediately while they are still present. Complaints made after they leave the location will not be considered.

After the procedure, you can make the payment using QR code, UPI, card, or cash. Once the payment is received, the bill will be sent to you via WhatsApp.
