3. Bed Bath Procedure
Cleaning of body systematically (face to feet)
Use of warm water, mild soap, and clean cloth
Gentle handling to avoid discomfort or injury
Special attention to skin folds and pressure areas
Perineal care and hygiene
4. Hair & Oral Care (If Included)
Basic hair cleaning/combing (if applicable)
Oral hygiene (mouth cleaning for conscious/unconscious patients)
5. Skin Care & Comfort Measures
Drying of skin properly
Application of moisturizer or powder (if required)
Prevention of pressure sores (frequent repositioning)
Changing of clothes and bed linen (if required)
6. Positioning & Mobility Support
Repositioning patient for comfort
Supportive positioning using pillows/cushions
Prevention of stiffness and bed sores
7. Infection Control
Maintenance of hygiene throughout procedure
Use of clean/sterile materials
Prevention of cross-contamination
8. Post-Procedure Care
Ensuring patient comfort and dignity
